Ladies, we have three upcoming events that will need RSVP’s as soon as possible.

I was able to secure a one hour training session with Tony Georgiades (thank you Kandy). He is very skilled with martial arts and edged weapons. I don’t know exactly what he will be teaching us, but it will be awesome.

He will teach us from 7:00-8:00 p.m. this Tuesday, September 10th. When he is finished, we can either continue practicing what he just showed us, or we can proceed onto the range. I will not have anything planned, so it would be freestyle shooting.

I recommend you wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you can move in.

The next special event will be the rescheduled 5-Stand outing. They are doing this just for us, so we will not be with the Chicks Breakin’ Clays. It will be Tuesday, October 22, 4:30-6:00 p.m. at the Oklahoma City Gun Club. Please RSVP in TeamApp by October 15th so we can ensure there will be enough RO’s. Details and fees will be listed on the event in Team App.

Our Stop the Bleed class has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 12th, 6:00-7:00 p.m. Please RSVP by October 15th in Team App, although the sooner the better. It is only open to members for now, but we’ll open it up to friends & family, then to the public on a space available basis.

In other news, there will be no Breakfast & Bullets for October because I will be gone for both of those Thursdays.

I have scheduled our Christmas Party for December 10th. Yes, I’m already thinking that far ahead. We’ll start with shooting at 5:00 p.m., then party!
