Hello Ladies,
I am writing to inform you that I will be stepping down from my role as facilitator for A Girl & A Gun Women’s Shooting League, effective December 2025. Serving in this capacity has truly been both a privilege and an honor. Being a part of such a supportive and empowering group has enriched my life in many ways.

When I began this journey with you, my life was very different. We started out hosting four monthly events—do you remember those early days? They were truly wonderful. Over the past six years, both my availability and circumstances have changed significantly. Throughout all these changes, you have been by my side, and I am deeply grateful for your support.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to meet the minimum requirements for monthly events and social media obligations for quite some time. If I am unable to provide the best possible program, then I believe it is time to step aside and make room for someone who can. While this decision has been difficult and one that I postponed longer than I should have, I am confident that it is the right choice.

If any of you are even slightly interested in taking on this role, I encourage you to step forward. There is no need for doubt or insecurity—you are all amazing individuals. You do not have to be like me or try to fill my shoes. You will bring your own unique strengths and make the program your own. The sisterhood within our group will support you throughout your journey, and I am certain you will never regret being a part of it.

Thank you all for the friendship, encouragement, and trust you have given me. I am truly grateful for the time we have shared together. I look forward to cheering you on as you continue to grow and succeed in the years ahead.
